TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Payment is due at the time of service.

There is a $35 fee for any N.S.F. check returned by your bank. If it is your bank's error, they should reimburse you for this expense.

We require at least 24-hours cancellation notice prior to a scheduled cleaning. There is a $25 late cancellation/lock-out fee for canceling or rescheduling a visit in less than 24-hours before the cleaning. The same fee applies if we are unable to gain access to your home.

For any account we are forced to refer for collection a $50 charge apply, plus any legal fees, in addition to the balance due.

Should you directly employ, without our consent, anyone currently employed by us, or anyone who was employed by us within the six month period prior to such employment. You are liable for an employment referral fee of $3,500.00 per person. You agree to pay this fee whether you notify us of your action or we discover this employment independently. You further agree to reimburse us for any and all collection or legal fees we incur in collecting this fee.

We remind our clients that all employees of My Cleaning Team.ca have a written contracts Prohibiting Disloyal Competition and that they will also be fined.
